Those ideas may be in the form of design work and copywriting concepts—including, but not limited to, layouts (digital and hard copies), video and audio storyboards, photography, illustrations, website mockups, and brochure mockups.
Any presented ideas and concepts remain the exclusive intellectual property of The Creative Block unless purchased for use.
Unless otherwise specified, you should assume that ideas and concepts that The Creative Block suggests or proposes to you are copyrighted and remain our intellectual property and that we prohibit any unauthorized use without our written permission.
Unauthorized use of The Creative Block’s aforementioned intellectual property shall constitute a violation of our copyright.
Be advised that The Creative Block will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including pursuing civil litigation and seeking criminal prosecution.
